How do I place a purchase order at Kagi?
 
Answer

If you are an institution and you wish to place an order using a purchase order, please read this:

1. First, click Buy Online Now

2. Enter the quantity of the product(s) you wish to purchase and click "Continue."

3. Select "Purchase Order" in the Payment Method drop list. Select your currency and enter your shipping address. Click "Checkout."

4. Enter the email address and name. For software, you should enter the name that you would like the registered user to be and the email address of that registered user. If you must receive an email confirmation too, enter the email address of the registered user, then a comma, then your email address. Example: owner@company.com,buyer@company.com

5. If your institution has its own purchase order number, you can enter this number in the field labeled Purchase Order Number.

6. Click "Purchase."

7. The next page will be the printable Kagi invoice. It is very important that you print out this page and send it to Kagi along with your payment.

8. Send the invoice and your check payment to the address on the invoice. Make the check payable to Kagi. Expect 2-4 weeks for us to process your payment. When the order is approved, you will receive an email which confirms payment. The email will be sent to the email address you entered when you placed the order.
